Since I moved here in 1996, I witnessed the Riebeek Valley’s great transformation from a small farmers enclave into a bustling cosmopolitan community that particularly retains its small-town feel. My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having lived here for almost a quarter of a century, provides me with sufficient knowledge of the local area and property market. Although I have a warm and friendly conscientious approach, my directness to compelling marketing, negotiations, communication, commitment and determination, underlined with uncompromising integrity and transparency, is bound to keep all parties focused and deals on track. An added bonus is my vast personal knowledge of design and the physical construction of homes which has come at many a times convenient to potential buyers and sellers. Besides being a determent realtor, I am an established multi-faceted abstract artist and sculpturer.
