Real Estate Specialization My real estate expertise is rooted in two distinct and highly sought-after regions of South Africa. I initially built my reputation in Hoedspruit, specializing in the exclusive sale of game lodges, commercial lodges, and agricultural farms in prestigious private reserves like Timbavati, Klaserie, and Thornybush. After eight successful years in the Lowveld, a desire to be closer to family led to a relocation to the Western Cape. I now focus on the magnificent Winelands area, serving clients across the Western Cape from Stellenbosch outward. I have a particular passion for the farming and agricultural sector, bringing a professional and dedicated service to both small holdings and large-scale commercial farms. My commitment is to offer a fully transparent and personal service to both sellers and buyers. Personal Life & Values My formative years were spent growing up in Zimbabwe, including the first 16 years of my life in Victoria Falls. This time ignited a profound, lifelong passion for the bush and African wildlife. This love was cemented early in my career when I worked as a Game Ranger in Sabi Sands, an experience that still fuels my extensive travels across Southern Africa, including Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. I have been happily married to my wife, Gillian, for 35 years—a dedicated partner who shares my love for the wilderness. We are immensely proud of our two daughters: our eldest holds an Honours degree in HR Management from Stellenbosch, and our youngest is finalizing her Master's degree to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. I maintain a strong belief that everything meaningful starts at home: establishing moral grounding, showing respect, and offering unwavering support to one's family.
