About Me

Sabrina Errico, Founder and Principal of HomeZone Real Estates, started her real estate career in 1995. In 1999 she started her own Real Estate Company and has been a Principal/Owner ever since. In 2007 Sabrina was recognized for her hard work and achievements when she was awarded as a finalist in the Nedbank Businesswomen's Regional Business Achievers Awards. Seeing a gap in the market for a more holistic and hands on approach, in mid-2010 Sabrina decided to venture out and open an office in Ballito. In September 2010, HomeZone Real Estates Ballito opened its doors for the first time. HomeZone Ballito was one of the most successful independently owned Estate Agency on the Dolphin Coast. Wanting a new challenge, and to take her business to an international level, Sabrina made the decision to join the Sotheby's International Realty brand in 2018. Synonymous with excellent service and exceeding their client's expectations, Sotheby's International Realty holds the same ideals Sabrina and her team have always strived for, making it the obvious choice for Sabrina's next venture. In 2020 Sabrina opened an office in Umhlanga Rocks.
