Then look no further. This slightly elevated stand is situated in the Port Alfred Country Club complex. Only a small number of plots have been released around the playing field. Cricket, which means the historical Annual Pineapple week is held on this field, Kowie Striders running events and any sport which can be accommodated on this field are held here.
The PACC is at the end of a cul de sac and is only a stones throw from the Kowie River. Being on flat terrain walks to and along the river are a delight with the opportunity to see Kingfishers, Herons (the Goliath Heron being my favourite!) and a number of water birds. Bushbuck, Guinea Fowls, tortoises, etc venture out when all is quiet and can be see grazing in the complex. A number of houses, mostly luxury, are already up and being lived in. This area is sheltered from the sea air making gardening rewarding and also warmer.
