From the moment you arrive, the experience begins. A sculptural waterfall cascades from the entrance level down toward the main home, running beneath the stairs and into a natural pond beside the front door. It’s an entrance that sets the tone - calm, organic and unmistakably unique.

A double garage with space for a golf cart sits alongside a fully self-contained apartment, offering a private retreat with kitchenette, full bathroom and a Juliet balcony looking out into the trees and the lagoon beyond. The clever layout ensures complete separation between the main home, apartment and cottage, making it ideal for visiting guests or as an Airbnb or Home Exchange setup, with multiple private spaces - already successfully hosting guests.

Descending to the main level, double-volume ceilings and walls of glass open to the forest just a few metres away. The open-plan design connects a generous kitchen with granite counters and a central island to a dining space set on rich Kiaat hardwood floors. Then, another utility space inside the house once used as a microgreen growing area and previously a home gym, now includes 2 air extraction fans and a reverse osmosis system, perfect for the conversion of a wellness studio, storage, or whatever the imagination conceives of.

A secluded deck among the canopy offers the perfect spot for birdwatching - with Knysna Turacos, Paradise Flycatchers, Cape Batis, Olive Pigeons and Sunbirds often in view. Wood Owls and Eagle Owls are heard frequently at night.

On the opposite wing, a second en-suite bedroom opens to a forest-and-lagoon-facing deck, while a third bedroom delivers architectural flair with a handcrafted Kiaat spiral staircase, creating a two-level space ideal for a home office or studio that leads into the garage.

The property extends over a large 2016m² property, positioned at the end of a wide cul-de-sac that guarantees space and privacy.
