An award-winning Gottsmann concrete home in Steyn City
Few homes in South Africa carry the credentials of Residence BMY. Designed by Gottsmann Architects and built by Bartosch Construction, this 700m² single-storey concrete home has been recognised by the International Design & Architecture Awards (Winner, 2022), the Gauteng Institute for Architecture (Award of Merit, 2023), and the South African Institute of Architects (Corobrik Commendation, 2023/24).
