Hidden in plain sight this property exerts a quiet yet unobtrusive presence on the corner of two prominent streets in the Strand, less than a kilometre from the beachfront. Working within the constraints of an existing structure, a series of refined spatial interventions were created by the architect to craft a home that feels both timeless and contemporary.
